This place is HORRIBLE and it STEALS FROM CUSTOMERS!!



I went to Happy Nails to get a pedicure. The pedicure I chose was $22. They charged my card $29. I gave the woman a $5 CASH tip. Then I noticed I was overcharged by $5 on the credit card. They asked me to put my $5 tip on the credit card bill bringing it to a total of $34, which is what I signed off on the sales receipt. They then gave me $7 cash back. AFTER I LEFT, they then charged me an ADDITIONAL $7 on my credit card. I cannot believe this happened!! WHAT a DISHONEST place that STEALS MONEY from customers hoping they will not notice!!! Save yourself the hassle of a credit card dispute and go anywhere else!!

I have been going to this salon for years...since it opened. They are always delightful and willing to work you in, even last minute. All the techs are pleasant and do a really good job.

I've been going here for a few years. This is a great shop. Comfy chairs, relaxing music etc, etc. This is a great place to pamper yourself. It's even better on Saturdays. They have a great little spread for the customers. They have great nail colors too.

The trick to getting into this place is calling ahead. While different than most salons, the wait is worth it. They spend more time on their clients making it more relaxing. Additionally, even with regular nail polish, my mani/pedis always last a good 2-3 weeks. Cant find any place better than here!

Went there as a special treat with my daughter and her friend. Had an appointment for two but they were able to take all three of us! Wonderful staff, very clean and peaceful.

I have been going here for over 6 years and I have always had consistent outstanding service.

The ladies who work here are sweet, extremely diligent with their work and make sure you leave happy. I have come in plenty of times without an appointment and the longest I've had to wait was 15 minutes.

Really nice place and staff. Comfortable chairs. No toxic smells and very clean. Eco-friendly polish options.

Happy Nails & Spa is by far the BEST nail salon. The service is exceptional, the atmosphere is relaxing and clean and all of the women that work there are incredibly friendly.

Happy Nails & Spa has the best manicures/pedicures. Owner who does the waxing is incredible as well. It is a always a very relaxing and professional experience. I have been a customer since they opened and refuse to go anywhere else.

These ladies are very sweet, you get to sit in a big comfy recliner even when only getting a mani and most importantly, they do a great job. They take their time when painting your nails and they also make sure you like the color and shape of your nails. My Shellac mani always lasts at least 2 weeks, this is not the case at other places I have been to.

This place is really pretty and modern. They do an amazing job. My feet looked amazing when I left.

First impression, the salon is not well kept. You do not see pride of ownership, at all. I just moved here from Texas and the salons I've been to in Dallas are all clean, pristine, you receive quality work, and see the pride of an owner demonstrated in their establishment. What a sad story at this location!!! The girl didn't know what she was doing, her name is Thuy, the owner tried to help, another girl stepped in, still the work was unacceptable. Thuy left my nails bumpy and uneven for the full set of nails I went in for. After a while of letting her do her job, I noticed that black specks were in the powder acrylic she was using and it was getting on my nail! I had speckled nails! She pretended not to see anything but then got up exasperated, speaking loudly in her language, and walked off to get more of the cheap toilet paper she was using to wipe the brush while she worked. I told her that the specks were coming off of the toilet paper, she just insisted loudly, "it is clean!!" She still came back with more and didn't get a paper towel until I told her that the toilet paper was the problem!!! I felt so uncomfortable with her behavior and a while later, the owner came and took over for 5 minutes and while Thuy stood there. Then ten minutes later, another woman stepped in, I could tell she could see the problems! She tried, but the damage was already done, this stuff is cement! Anyway, I complained to the owner, she said 'sorry' and told me to come back again. Yeah right. That was $30 (I did not leave a tip) down the drain. The nails came off 4 days later!! Back home they stay on 2-3 weeks. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! I will find another place soon. This experience is none like I have ever had back home. I used to pay $25 for a beautiful new set with gel on top in a beautiful, clean salon. This place is yucky!!!
