Decorative Landscaping

I have contacted this company to get an estimate and when they found out I lived in Stansbury they won’t return my e mails. Twice now, no return answer. Very unprofessional!!!

I am very disappointed in the service we've received from Decorative.



Simple things have been poorly done, such as sinking in the beds surrounding our new home. When we asked to have them fixed the explanation was that it "always happens" which seems to indicate that Decorative should have planned better.



We've also had disappointing customer service. We lost a tree last winter, and were given a replacement. The replacement has also now died, and Decorative is refusing to replace this one as well. I'd be concerned in purchasing trees from them, as the guarantee is not absolute.



Communication during the project was good, but if there are any problems, Decorative is immediately on the defensive. The handling of issues has been very stressful.

Decorative Landscaping was AMAZING to work with! They have a 7 acre facility with an in house nursery, Stone and Boulder Quarries with product on display- the Landscaping process was so simple start to finish with them. From the initial design to our completed yard- They offered Great communication, Top of the line products, and their quality and experience was second to none. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality landscape contractor in utah county.
