I PROBABLY WON'T BE BACK-Rosa's can thank NANCY who works the drive up window on their busiest day.

it pains me greatly to have to send this out, but as a customer that has been going there since 2000 i thought i might have a point to make. i LOVE the food. i cant wait for 3.33 taco tuesday! i have started a habit with my family & everyone at my new job. each time i go it is more difficult just to get a meal. in the last month i was over charged when my bank card was charged twice. i was told one card was not approved so i gave them another one & next day both cards each had a charge submitted. But I LOVE THEIR TACOS, so i didn't raise a fuss. yesterday i sent my daughter to pick up lunch for my family & was told the company check i sent to pay for meals didn't have the owners name on it & she didn't have the owners dl, (what company check does have owners name on it unless your account is set up as a dba & your bank account checks reflect said dba). So i went back myself & as the business owner the check i submitted was also refused-in a VERY RUDE MANNER. If nancy continues to work at drive-up window they might have to raise their prices to cover the customers they lose because she does NOT know about customer service.
