Danny installed a new hvac system for me. He talked with me about everything he was doing and explained the process thoroughly. He was courteous and very professional. I am very pleased with his work and highly recommend Look for Free Heating and Air Conditioning.

Absolutely nothing bad I can say about Look For Free heating and air conditioning. I wish that I could rate their service higher than a 5 star! Danny took the time to really explain our system to us and explain why our system was working the way it was. He was able to explain short term fixes/goals with long term goals. In the end my wife and I ended up replacing our full system(20 year old system) minus the duct work at a very reasonable price.

This is a extremely honest company, run by a very honest man Danny Burrows. He always went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly for my family and completed his work promptly as well as clean up after himself.

Look for Free will continue to always have our business in the future! (not that I am expecting anything to happen in the near future.)

My wife and I cannot thank “Look For Free” heating and air conditioning enough. We contacted “Look For Free” for a quote on our outdated HVAC system and Danny Burrows came over on-time, evaluated our entire HVAC system FOR FREE....no up front costs!!

We really appreciated the time that he took to educate us about heat strips, HVAC systems and then discussed some manageable short-term small repairs and/or possible complete HVAC updates without pushing any urgent sales or merchandising.

Danny went above and beyond to take care of my family. Our AC went out and he was there the next day to take care of it. He was quick to respond and had great communication. Now days it's hard to know who to call. I was looking for someone dependable and trustworthy to look at my A/C in the middle of a heat wave, so I followed a recommendation and contacted Danny. He came out the next morning and thoroughly inspected my unit and gave me an estimate on cost which was very reasonable, far below what I expected. As he was inspecting everything and fixing it he explained what he was doing in easy to understand terms, he also gave me tips on extending the life of old my ac/heating unit.
He is very nice, extremely knowledgeable and professional with 18 years experience locally. Totally exceeded my expectations, he is top notch THE best. Could not ask for a better air conditioning repairman. You will not be disappointed!

Contacted Look for Free Heating and Air Conditioning to have my A/C checked. Spoke with the owner Danny who was friendly and respectful. He arrived on time and checked every aspect of my A/C unit. He answered every question I had and answered them thoroughly in terms someone who is not knowledgeable in HVAC to understand. He is very knowledgeable and now my A/C is running great. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

A local company sent a guy out who did tell me that I had a bad board in my AC unit. But he couldn't (wouldn't) tell me what it would cost. Either $450 or $850, depending on what he found out about it when he checked on it back at the shop (seemed he had to order the part if he didn't have it) - he didn't tell me if this included labor. This cost me $29.50.

I checked the web for other places and found Look for Free and I called and spoke with Danny Burrow's the owner. He told me how it worked - it cost me nothing to have the situation checked out and he would then tell me the cost of repairing the problem. If we agreed on costs he would do the work for me. If not, I owed nothing. This sounded too good to be true, but I figured "why not try it?"

Danny came right out and did verify that it was a circuit board - he even took a picture with his phone and showed me. He then explained the cost of the whole job, including cost of the board. His estimate reflected the same labor and parts from other companies. The whole job cost me $350. He ran right out to a local business, bought the board, returned and made the repair - all in less than one hour. Incredible.

We just bought a house and most places chargecti just show up to take a look at your unit. But Danny did it for free!! He found the leak and was able to fix he problem at a affordable price! I will use Danny every time I need AC work done. Great resource!

Danny came to our facility the day I called and promptly diagnosed problems within two of our HVAC split systems. He thoroughly inspected all the components and gave a detailed report of his findings, both orally and written. He impressed me with his knowledge and professionalism. He promptly and correctly repaired the units and had everything operating at an optimum level. Our facility is a rehab hospital and skilled care nursing organization and air conditioning is a paramount concern. Danny delivered excellent service and we will definitely be a return customer! Danny was able to come outand check our air conditioner the day after I contacted him. Even though he found the problem quickly, he still did a extensive check of the system to look for any hidden issues. He took the time to explain what the problem was, and what needed to be done to fix it.

Danny gave me two estimates - one that showed what comparable places in town would charge, the other what his charge would be. Since he has worked for other companies, I felt his comparison was fair and accurate. Also, when I spoke to him on the phone and when he came to diagnose the problem, he stressed that it wouldn't cost me anything for him to check even if I decided to use someone else.

Not only did he fix the problem, and check for other issues, he included servicing the unit as well.

Customer service is very important to Danny and he exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use Look For Free again!
