Caprock Inspection Services

Caprock did the pre-purchase inspection. Home was purchased. Upon moving in, it was discovered that the heat pump was the wrong size for the square footage, the duct work was not functioning but to one room in the house, there was a leak in the shower that had to have been there for a while, and the water well pump was bad. I tried to contact Caprock to see what type of warranty they had on their services and no one would return my calls or emails. I spent another $10,000 on the house.
