Amarillo Energy Savers

Don't deserve even one star! Totally disgusted with the so called service we were given.
The current owners had a lifetime warranty on the house that they said he would honor, we even said we would pay if needed. The previous home owners had to have the same windows replaced twice because the seals broke. It took months! months of us calling them as they didn't think it was important to keep us updated & still no windows!
Finally the windows were going to be installed and they came in the wrong color, they didn't even order the ones we needed after all that time!!!! The owner left saying he would call me that day to tell me what we were looking at time wise to get the right ones. He never did and since then they have refused to answer the phone unless we get someone to call from another number and we have had to buy new windows from another company. Bad business I would highly recommend any other place but this. I have Reported to the BBB but because they are not members there isn't really anything we can do.
