        Been a resident for many years. Rules change, prices go up..started only paying $258 for lot rent and last couple years went past $325. They give you like 60 days to check your place out...lol yeah check it out on a rainy day. That 60day mark everything really goes wrong. Trust me they don't fix it. It looks new but its all been painted over or a temporary fix until its time for you to fix. Six weeks in I had to pay someone to paint my place.

        Help and maintenance issues:(

        When it comes to needing any help with your home you are out of luck maintenance only works weekdays and it takes a very long to get anything resolved. Can't wait to be out of here.
