I have been using these guys for years and they have always been honest and reasonably priced on their service. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing help with their AC/Heat.

This is the worst company I have ever tried to do business with! I have been screamed at, hung up on and was left with more damage that I stated with.

I called them out to repair the blower motor in the upstairs unit. He gave me a reasonable estimate then left to get the motor.

The next day while installing the new motor, there was a loud pop from the attic. He came down and said "I made a huge mistake." And explained that while attaching the motor to the head, the new motor and head blew up. He apologized and said he would be right back.

Five days later I called to ask about when he was coming back and the lady who answers the phone said "He will call you back when he is ready. He IS the owner after all!" I said "Wow, ok."

Two days later, I call again to ask when he will be back and she interrupted me and said "Look, I am tired of being in the middle of this. He is not coming back to your house. He does not want to do this job!" I explained that it will now cost more since he did more damage than was originally done and she said "That is YOUR problem" and then hung up on me.

I called back to ask what happened to make her so angry at me and she won't discuss it or allow me to talk to anyone else about it. I have asked to talk to the new owner (and the one who did the work), Jeremy, and was told "No, he will not be returning your call."

As it turns out, his 'mistake' has blown the capacitors and compressors in my outside unit, which will cost me over a thousand dollars to repair. I called them to let them know they left a tool at my house and are welcome to come pick it up. She said he knows he left the tool but is not ever coming back to my house. Guess not when he knows he is responsible for so much damage.

When this company was ran by the father, Robert Stoffer, it was a reliable business but now that his son and his wife are in charge of it, they really don't care who they hurt.

I hate that I even had to give them one star because I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Poor customer service! They do not care about their work or customers. Call someone else who wants your repeated business.
