Great Service ! Thank you so much guys. We had an indoor air quality issue and we decided to call Atlanta Air Experts since my family used them in the past. They cleaned the entire duct and HVAC system. Results were just amazing ! less filter changes since the air is cleaner and the air flow is improved in some area. Give them a call !

Showed up at 4:30 for 12-2 appt. no apologies! Wrapped hose around my husbands Porsche and knocked pic off wall. No apologies. Spent 45 minutes here cleaning whole house vents and dryer vent. I had high ceiling and they never reached though they had ladder, just blew air in that vicinity!?! Some rooms they never entered but argued they did. They said office lied and never called them when I called to see where they were. Very rough with my home and made us feel we had to watch constantly. Video before and after consisted of I phone snapshot! Stay away!'

I used this company last year to do an a/c tune-up and they did such a great job when I needed my ducts cleaned this year I decided to call. And once again everything went great....I booked the appointment with no trouble for the day I wanted. The technicians called me when they were on the way. The three guys came in and explained exactly what they would be doing....They pulled out all of this massive equipment which I was totally impressed by...I could tell that huge machine was sucking everything out. They took of all of my vent covers and wiped them down for me. I also got my furnace cleaned and they showed me a few places I had air leaks. They went ahead and repaired them for me at no cost. At the end they showed me the video inspection again and WHAT A DIFFERENCE....my ducts looked wonderful. I can't believe I waited this long to get it done. I will use this company every time I need something done with my a/c or furnace. All of the employees were so friendly and helpful you could tell they really cared about the job they were doing which is a rare thing these days I believe. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. If you are going to get any HVAC work done this is the company to use.

Don't use these guys! They damaged my air ducts, wouldn't repair them, provided terrible service, and left a huge mess. Their secretary was super rude and totally inconsiderate. I tried to get me money back through my credit card company but Atlanta Air disputed my dispute and said that I had signed a contract. Long story short ... worst company and worst experience you can imagine. DON'T DO IT!

I just got my ducts cleaned and my HVAC system tuned up. I would like to share what a great experience we had with this company. First, Booking is extremely easy and they have a very friendly staff at the office. On the day of the appointment we got Zack, a very nice gentlemen. He inspected the system and said all looks great. I do appreciate his honesty. He recommended us to buy a UV light to make sure are coil stays free of microbial film and to make sure we get enough air flow.

We do feel a great difference ! I want to recommend this company . Try them you won't be sorry .

This team did a Very thorough and professional job. The positive results of the duct cleaning Have been immediate. Even though our ductwork and HVAC system was only five years old, We had a significant amount of dust and pet hair lining the intake ducts. The air smells cleaner now, and the vents are blowing more consistently in each room.

The techs that came out were professional and I appreciate the quality of their work. Great service, they were very polite and every question I asked was answered professionally and I was able to see exactly what they were doing! Will use them again. Thank you !

The workers were nice enough and worked quickly. I still found a lot of dust in some vents after they were done but they removed plenty as well.



What I didn't know until about 24 hours later was that they cut a wire inside the furnace. They knew they cut it because they tried to tape it back up with electrical tape. When the tape failed the wire fell and the furnace couldn't make heat anymore. The company did not return my call asking them to come find out what the problem was. I had to call the furnace guy (the one who installed this system and the only other person who has touched it) on a Sunday to come look at it. He found the "repair" they attempted and immediately knew what happened. I paid $150 for a Sunday service call.



I called Atlanta Air Experts the next day (since they still hadn't returned my first call) and spoke to someone about the issue. She assured me that a manager would call me back immediately. I never heard from anyone so I disputed the charge with AMEX. Atlanta Air Experts did respond to AMEX claiming that I was happy with the work, they didn't break it and if something was wrong I should have contacted them.



Crooks. If you get lucky and everything goes correctly - your ductwork will be a little cleaner. If it doesn't - they'll break your stuff, refuse to make it right and call you a liar when you dispute it.

Junis was our main technician. He was fantastic at letting us know about the service we had chosen and recommending services that benefit us even greater in the long run . He was very thorough, knowledgable and cordial. When they arrived they did a very thorough job cleaning all our vents, returns and system. Our house was very old and we had just moved in. This has made a huge difference in the smell and with the air that we breathe in our home.

They came on time, were polite, and professional. They came earlier than expected which was a good thing. Courteous and friendly and the job was done perfectly -no problems so far but we know who to call. They did pitch the air filters -but when we calculated how much we usually pay anyway -it was worth it. Better quality air filters -not a paper product. Very pleased!! Duct cleaning isn't a particularly exciting activity, but the guys they sent out were so cheerful and entertaining . I would absolutely recommend them, and will use them again for any future work I need to have done. Thanks guys!

Horrible customer service. I hired another (more reliable) air company to do what Atlanta Air Experts FAILED to do. I was drawn to this company by the coupon offers but lesson learned: you get what you pay for. I spent $400 to have my ducts cleaned and air conditioner diagnosed. Was told nothing was wrong with my air conditioner when something was indeed wrong. Contacted the company numerous times to no avail. Any reputable company would CARE about their customer's experience and at least try to rectify any wrongs. Not this one. Would not recommend. Spend your money to get things done correctly. Thankfully Cool Ray was able to take care of what Atlanta Air Experts were not.

Fair pricing and professional job performance. Good workers. They recommend further work which they are supposed to, but there was no pressure to get them done immediately from them. That was my experience from another coupon service I had used before. Did not like that pressure (from the other company) at all. I was happy with Atlanta Air and bought them coffee. Yes, I will recommend them.

I had them at my house a week ago. We had some problems with dust. When Kyle cam they used a camera and showed me where it was coming from - it was our furnace. They cleaned all the parts and now I can see the results ; our house gets cooler faster and there is almost no dust. Highly recommended.

We had some problems with our A/C and decided to call atlanta air experts. The company came out quickly, examined the problem, and fixed it the same day. The issue was that our coil was clogged. They cleaned our ducts and hvac system and we haven't had a problem since.

Great Service ! Got them to clean all my ducts they worked over 3 hours and I was very pleased with the results. We live in this house over 12 years and you won't believe how much dust you have inside your duct lines. The price did not changed when they came and they showed me a live video of my duct lines. Impressive ! I will use them again.
