Taco Bell

I literally just spent 40 minutes in the drive thru! The employee at the window didn't even offer an apology. They are always super slow in the evenings and usually don't even get the order right. Don't go here!

Went through at close to 10 pm after getting in line and moving we left. Possibly won't return to this location

on 2-27 at about 7pm i went thru the drive threw and ordered two grande meals, one all crispy tacos with no lettuce the other all bean buritos no onions. i also ordered four sides to go with it. i took my food home and first of all realized the tacos had lettuce then when i opened the burriitos i reaised they all had onions. this order was for a group of children all under the age of 13 so you can imagine how picky they are and should realise why they wouldnt want lettuce or onions. the rice seemed old and some of it was crispy like it was undercooked. i then started looking for a reciept and realised i wasnt given one. this is not the first time i have had problems. the last time i ordered a grande meal all crispy tacos and recieved all soft tacos but we dealt with it and did not complain. another time i ordered three steak chalupas and got three beef chalupas after paying the steak price. again we jusr ate the food and did not complain. we love taco bell food and our children and their friends do also but it seems to me that almost everyti,e we order from alma taco bell our order is messed up. tonight i became very frustrated about the mistakes made with our grande meals because none of the children would eat any of it. so i began trying to call the alma store ar around 8:15 maybe earlier and let the phone ring until it began makimg a noise like a fax line makes. i repeated this three times. finally on my fourth attempt i got an answer and had to speak to two different people about my problem at which time they offered me two burritos and two tacos to replace two full grande meals. they informed me that there wasnt a manager there that could make the decision to replace my botched order and that i should call tomorrow to speak to a manager. tomorrow would be fine but the problem is i had five children, four of which were my daughters friends that were invited to eat taco bell with usso you can imagine my daughters embarrassment when her guest had to
