Lovelace Health System

My partner gave birth to our wonderful daughter recently. There were some complications she had a major hemmorage and the baby had to go to NICU. My partnet got discharged on a Monday still anemic and in pain. Our daughter had to stay in NICU as she was still sick. Lovelace displayed extremely low class payment calling her less than 24 hours later demanding payment. My partner was woken up, trying to rest from a major issue and our baby was still in the NICU. The woman who called was demanding, rude and had a major attitude as well saying that we shouldve take care of the bill ahead of time. She also expressed that we should be paying for the NICU bill as well. Calling a mother the next day who was in pain on pain meds trying to rest who was emotionally reeling because our baby was in the NICU.

Really? It was low class action at the very least it was a negative im[pact to my partner as well becuase of the stress it induced. Totally unacceptable and I will never use Lovelace again.

I went here for my labor and delivery as well as my pre appointments. I loved everything about it, the nurses, my midwife, the doctors, everyone. When the time came for me to have my baby, everyone was amazing, I never waited for anything, the rooms were nice and clean and everyone was so suportive. My husband and I wanted to handle the labor on our own and the nurse and midwife sat back for support but listend to our wishes. This was our third child and by far the best treatment that we have had. The food was wonderful and they give free mommy massages. We were treated amazing even though we had poor insurance.
