Albany Sauna & Hot Tubs

CUSTOMERS NOT TREATED WITH RESPECT BY THE OWNER!!!! The owner of Albany spa needs to work on his customer service. He's an incredibly angry man and does not show respect to his customers.



I paid for a one hour hot tub session. When I was escorted back to the spa area I was never given any direction on how to use the facilities, but only told how to turn the spa jets on and off. During my hour session I used the overhead water spout to massage my neck and back. It was quite relaxing and my experience during that hour was great... That is until I left. On my way out I was stopped by the owner. He proceeded to publicly lectured me on how I was using the facilities wrong, and that I was not suppose to use the overhead spout for that long of a time. He was very demeaning and I was incredibly embarrassed. He scolded me like I was a child.



Absolutely no signs are posted anywhere in the facility that direct you on how long or how much to used the spa jets and spouts... yet he expects me to know that I was using the facility inappropriately.



The owner then told me to scram and never come back again. Well... good news, I WILL NEVER COME BACK AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. The owner needs to learn some manners and respect for his customers. If he wants his patrons to use his facilities in a certain way... make it clear to them from the beginning with posted directions on how he would like them to use it. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
