That place is a joke the girls there really don't know what there doing and a whole lot of training. I been there to visit a friend of the family I tell you I have never seen a place where the girls complain so much about the residents there if they push the button let alone not even answer them I even hear a employee complain on how the resident annoys her and she let her button buzz for over 20 mins. They really need to hire people who know what there doing. I would never take or even recommend anyone there. I saw them leave a guy in hall way in wheelchair with his body hanging to his knees for almost a half hour with his face dirty with stuff running down his nose I wanted to help the guy. SO DONT TRUST THEM SWEET TALK ALL THEY DO

Terrible for someone who is not mobile! We put my mother here, who is wheelchair bound, and within the 1st day we knew this place wasn't for her. They charge you double the cost if more than 1 person has to help you get in/out of bed/wheelchair, and to top it off, the staff doesn't even know how to do a proper assist. The staff were never very friendly to our family who visited my mother and they even complained about having to get 2 people help my mother up, with us in the room. After they got her in her wheelchair, they just left her in her room by herself and didn't check on her for hours. Our own social worker had to give her a tour, the staff didn't even do that! The building is well kept, but that is the only nice thing about it. They are crooks and will tell you what you want to hear & then hit you with extra charges later. We took my mom out of there 3 weeks after she moved in. Don't fall for it like we did! They WILL sweet talk you!!!
