        I cannot believe the other reviews. Maybe they changed service people but we have been very happy with the good job the service people have done on our furnace all covered under the contract. They have the best prices in town for oil, are prompt and friendly when delivering and the cost of the service contract is the same as everyone else. We would recommend them to anyone that wants good prices, prompt delivery and good service.

        These guys showing up at our door to have us sign a service contract and accept our check for full payment only to never be seen again. After contacting them and questioning their business practice we were told that if we didnt like the way they operate to take our business somewhere else. Well we did in fact take our business somewhere else and to date, Parkway has never fulfilled there service contract with us or called to refund our money. Also, after contacting a few competitors realized there fuel prices are not as competitive as they had lead us to believe. BE WARE!
