Over the past few months Manning and the negotiations dept were also negotiating with the the opposing Law Firm to reach a reduce settlement on the lawsuit filed against me. I remember talking to Manning over the phone about one of my pretrial conferences that took place and he told me that he and the negotiations dept got the apposing Law Firm to reduce the debt to a lot lesser amount then they were originally demanding and that he and the negotiations dept would continue to negotiate for a even lesser amount so that I would be able to afford it.
