I would give 0 stars if I could. Visiting from out of state. Called for a cab and was told 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I called again and was told driver was 1 minute away. Called again in 10 minutes and was told another 10 minutes. Diver finally showed up after an hour almost drove past me in the parking lot. I yelled and waved. He rolled down his window, cursed obsenities at me and drove off. I called the company to advise this was unacceptable and would be giving a bad review. Dispatcher hung up on me. I would never call this company of they paid me to use them.

This company 18004mytaxi is a great company. my friends and I went to sutra in costa mesa and when we call for a cab. the cab was there fast and he even open the door for us. He was a very nice drive. If you need to go somewhere and you don't want to drive call this great company I recommend it "18004MYTAXI"

My wife has the 18004mytaxi magnet on the fridge so I always remember the number. I was landing from Texas into LAX when my boss called me for a meeting right away

I told him I couldn't make it, but he insisted that was very important, I didn't want to

take a taxi from the airport because they are expensive and don't trust them so I called the number I remembered from the fridge and by the time I was out of the airport with my bags they were already there!!! It was great!!!

They are on time all the time I have never had any problems and the drivers are very

nice it seems to me as if they new when you are in the mood to talk or just enjoy the ride. The website gives you some rates and has more info about them.

they got there fast, the took me to my work on time and did not overcharge.

It was a very good experience.

My sister and I used the cab service with some other family members to get back to our hotel after a wedding reception. The cab driver had a bit of difficulty when we were trying to give a location for his gps to the huge marriott hotel down a couple streets and around a corner that we stayed in. It was a decent ride. Only thing is, my sister left her cell phone on the FRONT FREAKING SEAT of the CAB VAN and like, when we called the company, suddenly the cab driver couldn't be reached for the rest of the night. We called every hour or every couple of hours for the rest of the night till about 3am and then gave up til the next day. No one turned in a cell phone. No one could reach the shady driver. Word to the wise, it's a great cab service, but you might want a receipt in case your driver is shady too. By the way, the phone had to be cut off once we were told that someone was making phone calls off of it like a day after we had left the state. Vengance is of the LORD, so I'ma pray who ever has that phone turns it into a sprint store, or the Residence Inn By Marriott in Garden Grove, California before another earthquake hits. In the mean time, I'll rent a car and never take another taxi if I can help it, again.

1 800 4 MY TAXI FROM fullerton every other month to fly out to my relatives in new york. What a break from the shuttle shuffle. Their minivans can fit up to six people, but they have plent y of regualar cars too. The three of us can pay only $45 for the flat rate. A shuttle wanted to charge us $30 per person and make a couple of other stop along the wya. I have used 1800-4my-taxi for over 13 years and only had one issue. I called on a saturday night and was on hold for 3 minutes. They were swamped. I used their online taxi cab chat reservation and got instant service. Overall, my wife and I are very happy with these White and Yellow Cabs. As always, if i find good service, i have plent y of time to hit the net. If i find bad service, i put my business elsewhere. I cant believe how many taxi companys are in theis thing.
