CLOSED - British Swim School at 24 Hour Fitness - Huntington Beach

I have only been to this gym a very few times. The male staff very unprofessional. This is how they speak condescending to customers: MAN, DUDE, DOG, . They refuse to speak with honor and respect to all paying customers. The consistent use of the word , man. This came from prison. It was a way gay homo sexual could offer butt sex for a pack of cigarettes. The term , Dude, used mean a man in nice clothes. Now it is condescending. It means: Some one with a very low I.Q. of intelligence. Only able to shovel horse manure on a farm. The term : Buddy. This represents President Nixon's dog Buddy. What they really saying : Is dog balls and dog butt licker. Now : Dog: This is exactly how they see you as paying customer a mutt with out a purpose. The term fool is evident: They just called you: Ignorant , idiot. Now the term : Sir, came from: Sire. Above this would be prince or king. The females don't say anything at the front desk. No greeting nothing. Like they are doing you a favor. The first name basis is trash. The first name is only for friends and relatives. These high school kids see you're entire name when you check in. How come no at will employees of this gym wear a picture identification with first name, middle name, last name? With employee work number? This way when they say or do something unprofessional we can write them up with their name. The proper way to greet a customer: " Hello Miss., thank you for visiting, 24 Hour Gym please enjoy you're work out Miss". Or thank you Sir, thank you for visiting , 24 Hour Fitness, please have a good work out". Or Mr. then the last name. Or Miss. then the last name. Isn't this how we are treated at most businesses ? Like a bank. Very unprofessional . Next: The perverts working in sales. Male employees of sales should speak to males. Females sales to only female sales. The perverts that are males want to use this position to flirt with some one's wife. Some one's girlfriend. Why? To get a date and try to get into some panties. Very unprofessional. I brought my girlfriend just to use the pool. The male Hispanic adult working in sales demanded she needed to be spoken to first. Why? If any thing it should be a female of sales. Not a male. Why the third degree just to use a pool. Next: No signs posted that ask grown adults to please cover you're mouth when you cough why? Next: Some trouble makers use lots of profanity in the men's locker room. Then stair at other gym members as to instigate a fight. No signs posted: No offensive language. Don't challenge and duel. This is a violation of : Calif. Penal Code: 415. Disturbing the peace. Most of the managers are lame ducks and turn a blind eye. To busy flirting with female gym members or the new female at will employees. The male bathroom needs a security guard with a body camera. Put a sign. Be professional at all times on gym property please. Security guard with body camera. Please cover up. Why? The big muscle bound tuff guys get aggressive and will push little guys out the way to get in their wall locker. Rather then be polite. Wait, or say excuse me loud enough with out yelling. Touching with out probable cause is assault. Calif. Penal Code: 240. This pertains to gym at will employees and gym members. The security guard with a body camera should be vigilant. He should not be engaged in no conversation. Just professional and observant. With a sign posted: Please don't speak with the security guard. This is a distraction. Only if there is an act against public policy in place. Plus: Let thee managers informed as well. Now we have four witnesses to the alleged crime. For a good arrest. All new gym members will be shown the consent implied contract. They agree to use the gym. With knowledge there is a security guard in the men's bathroom with a body camera. To film trouble makers. Do you still agree to join the gym. If they refuse this means they are a trouble maker. Match the dots. So far the corporate office is turning a blind eye.

i go to 24 hour fitness sports only to swim and i have been to a dozen or more clubs in the area.



huntington beach facility's swimming pool is always cloudy and does not appear to be well maintained. to compound the problem, the jacuzzi is even worse because i saw not just the bubble but yellow/grey protein-like residue floating atop the jacuzzi water.



i have complained and the excuse was that their pump isnt working well. this has been the case for more than a year for more than a year and never fixed.
