When I switched to CosmetiCare from another medical center where I had been going for Botox, I was super pleased with the results and the experience. I wanted to do something about those lines around my lips. I was treated by Kim who was so great. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and to figure out what treatments would give me those results. I ended up getting Restalyne for my lips and the results were what I wanted. The treatment was quick and painless. I also got Juvererm to fill out those hollow spaces under my eyes. I really liked the results. I'm going to go back next time and get Botox, Restalyne, and Juvederm at the same appointment. I really like that the nurses at CosmetiCare take the time to listen to what I want and to figure out what treatments are best to get the results I want. Everyone who works there is really friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I tell my friends to go there!

I've been coming to CosmetiCare for over 10 years. When I was about 21 I had a breast augmentation, a nose job, and transferred fat into my lips. More recently I've been coming for Botox and laser hair removal. I have also used Juvederm and something else that was more permanent. I am a hair stylist and my clients are always telling me that the earlier I start with Botox, the better the results will be down the line. The results with Botox are subtle. I try to do a treatment every three months. The CosmetiCare office is beautiful and calming. It's like a spa, light colors and on the water. The people at the front desk are super nice and down to earth. All the girls in the office are great but I usually try to ask for Crystal. She is just amazing.

By the time I was 23, my facial hair would grow in so thick that I'd have a five o'clock shadow before lunch and break out with ingrown hairs from shaving. After numerous laser hair removal treatments to permanently remove my facial hair, there's just a couple stubborn areas on my lip and chin that continue to grow some hair. My face feels and looks much better as a result. I initial got treatments in Beverly Hills, and then was happy to find CosmetiCare much closer to home. I got their laser skin treatment, which really tightened my facial skin and removed lines. It also promotes collagen regrowth and helps the skin tone. Many friends and coworkers have commented on how radiant and youthful my face looks. The CosmetiCare techs are awesome. I asked for botox for my smile lines in addition to the laser skin treatment, and the tech suggested I wait till after the treatment, because I probably wouldn't need it. She was right. I really appreciate her integrity as well as her skill.

The first time I had Botox and Juvederm treatments was right before my daughter's wedding. My eyes sagged and I looked tired and felt old. It might have been vanity, but I wanted to look amazing as the mother of the bride. I went to the CosmetiCare MedSpa and the Botox and Juvederm injections lifted my eyes and made me look years younger. People told me that I looked as young and beautiful as the bride. It was magical. I look at the pictures every day to remind myself. I still go to CosmetiCare every six months. It's about an hour's drive, but it is worth it for how it makes me glow every day.

When I was looking for a place for my daughters to get plastic surgery, I was surprised to find that I could afford CosmetiCare, even though it's in Newport Beach. They did a beautiful job on my daughters, and when I was there, I stopped in at their MedSpa for a HydraFacial treatment. It has been over a month since I've gone, and I've stopped breaking out around my mouth and forehead. I also had a little bump on my nose that has completely disappeared. My face now looks smooth and clean. It was a most soothing and pleasant experience, too. Lisa, the woman who gave me the HydraFacial, had the nicest energy. She was gentle and spoke soothingly to me. The music was relaxing and she massaged my face afterward. It was a very special treat for me, because I've never even gotten a normal facial. As gentle as it is, the treatment is powerful.

Before I saw Dr. Niccole I was in pretty bad shape due to two failed rhinoplasties with another surgeon. I had gone to the other doctor for just a basic nose job and I wasn't happy with the result. I went in for another surgery with him and not only did he not fix it cosmetically, but afterwards I had a lot of breathing issues and terrible nosebleeds. A friend who had gotten her nose done with Dr. Niccole recommended that I go see him. She didn't even look like she had had a rhinoplasty so I decided to go for a consult. I had heard of Dr. Niccole previously but I didn't know he was also an ENT doctor. When I went in I saw a lot of before-and-after photos, and they showed my "after" on the computer. They were also willing to expedite my surgery so that I could get it done while my student insurance was still in effect. I wasn't thrilled about having to get a third surgery but I felt more comfortable knowing that Dr. Niccole was so knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the results. Medically, I'm doing a lot better with easier breathing and zero nose bleeds. Cosmetically, I look great and people can't even tell I've had any nose surgery at all.

I wanted a mastopexy and my friend referred me to Dr. Niccole at CosmetiCare. I liked his before-and-after photos, and it didn't take long in the consultation for me to know I wanted him to do my procedure. He was so relaxed, confident, and experienced. I was surprised how easy the whole process was. The staff and Dr. Niccole always let me know what was going to happen so there were no unpleasant surprises. By the third or fourth day I no longer needed pain killers, and my scars faded within a month, when I was told it might take a few months. The follow up after the surgery was amazing. Dr. Niccole had me come in for checkups the next day, a few days later, weeks later, and a month later--plus he called me as well. Best of all, I love the way I look.

I trusted Dr. Niccole even before my husband and I met him, because a few of my friends had gotten work done by him and I really liked their results. At my initial consultation, Dr. Niccole suggested going with a high profile, and I'm happy I did, because now I look great. My situation was not simply cosmetic, however. I was going in for intensive, corrective surgery due to capsulating from a previous implant surgery. All the way through, Dr. Niccole informed me and my husband of what could happen, and how he would address it. I did end up having post-surgical complications and Dr. Niccole called me every day until he removed the drainage tube. He was so caring. Today, I have no pain at all. And I love the way I look.

I went to CosmetiCare to have Dr. Burr von Maur do two Dermapen with PRP on my cheeks. As Dr. von Maur did his work, an RN assisted him who had also had two Dermapen procedures. It was comforting to have her there, not only to explain what was going to happen next, but because she had gone through the same procedure twice like me. Everyone at CosmetiCare is very professional. The clinic is at the Ritz Carlton and is a very warm, refined environment that makes you feel like you’re in clean space. The results of the Dermapen were awesome and I have much better cheeks now.
