DO NOT HIRE this frim. JA Davis & Associates could careless about your issues, only the monies they will gain. How they gain those monies is beyond me as they damn sure don't work for it. I had Lisenby to represent me, if you want to call it that. No retuned calls, no action taken, I haven't a clue how they make their money, but its certainly not from fighting for your rights. I will pass this on through other websites. Spread the word to protect those that seek REAL HELP.

First experience with an attorney and the worst. They act as if they are concerned & actually want to help you, but the minute you sign the contract its a different story. They are impossible to get in touch with. Every time I called the answering service tells me that they are either on the phone or out of the office. After numerous messages left they don't return calls and if they do they wait till Friday around 4:30 right before the office closes. I did most of the investigating myself before finally seeking a different law firm. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Terrible experience caused by lack of interest and failure to follow-up in my case causing excessive time lapes with OWC. When I addressed the appathetic nature of his staff, Mr. Davis failed to address this and meet with me to discuss. Apparently, one client is no big loss for this giant firm.
