Neal and his team are the best of the best! They helped us recover from a major disaster and stayed until the job was complete (more than 24hrs). Neal answered his phone at 12:30a, walked into a very stressful situation with very little information to go on, and never skipped a beat. Even at 2 in the morning, he was able to source (outdated) parts and equipment, helped plan and implement a temporary solution to get our business back up and running quickly, and worked hand in hand with other contractors onsite to make sure we were back in business as soon as possible. Throughout the project, Neal provided information and updates and remained fluid to accommodate our needs in serving our customers.
