        I got a package- wrong name -wrongaddress- I took it back to the store-no thank you- AND -I got it back thenext day! I took it back 3 more timesand got it back 3 more times- on that last 4th trip,- the clerk told me towait in line when I said I am goingto leave box " for the fourth time-I said that I would not wait and heSaid he would trash it!!!! I said thathe could do whatever he wanted. IGOT IT BACK the next day!!!! Theclerk had big dark- rimmed glasses andwas obnoxious -Glad there is anUPS in Needham! The man who wasin Wellesley for years was wonderful!He has left- Gee, I wonder why!?
