Utica Park Clinic - Sand Springs

I have been a patience of Dr Williams for many years and he is one of the best any questions he is there to answer and understands I trust what he has to tell me.

I am sure that if I had a sick baby I would be upset about what I perceived as a refusal of service but to have that as the only rating seems a horrible mis service to the folks in this office ... been going there for several years and alway been treated with respect and good care

All one thing is that t a woman with a google review that clearly stated that the staff of this clinic had misdiagnosed two children and they were both sent home as in good health and it turned out that they both had rsv and one stopped breathing. Well my four month old is sick and he has a hard time breathing so we where scheduled and we showed up two minutes late. So when my wife talked to the lady in the front desk that was slightly obese with blonde hair she gave my wife a 5 min lecture about punctuality. Furthermore there was two people in the waiting area. By far the most vacant clinic I've seen in a long time. So we were told that we waisted thirty minutes driving there and since my family and I only have one non-economical vehicle that really hurted our fixed income finances. Being on Medicare they should of thought about all that. Was not like they was too busy. Now I have a sick premature baby. I rate this place as negative ten stars
