Arthur Lemann IV is a lifelong resident of New Orleans and a graduate of Jesuit High School and Tulane University. Since 1994, he has practiced criminal and civil law extensively in the United States Eastern District Court, Orleans Parish Criminal District Court, the 24th Judicial District Court and the 22nd Judicial District Court. He has handled criminal cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies, including murder, aggravated rape, carjacking, armed robbery, kidnapping, burglary, home invasion, bank robbery, child pornography, contractor fraud, drug trafficking, mail fraud, and sex abuse. He is a member of the Criminal Justice Act panel and accepts appointments to handle many federal criminal defense cases. His civil experience includes work for both plaintiffs and defendants on cases involving personal injury, commercial litigation, environmental claims, family law, fraud and misrepresentation, defamation, civil rights, sexual harassment, trespass, successions and wills, contractor fraud, product liability, medical malpractice, intentional torts and other tort derived lawsuits.
