Mt Holly Eye Clinic

Such a great experience at the Mount Holly Eye Clinic! Dr. Fox is wonderful. She explained the exam in detail and told me things about my eyes that I have never been told, and I have been wearing eyeglasses since I was 8 years old. I appreciate her thoroughness. I like to support smaller, local offices when I can. Definitely worth it!

Worst. Eye Appointment. Ever. I just got new eye insurance. I waited for a call monday as I was told there would be a call to confirm that the insurance would be covering it. No call, ok thats fine if I got there and the insurance wouldn't cover, I'd just go home.
Front staff was polite, helpful and nice.
The doc however....Rude, condescending and more concerned with lecturing me than understanding that I cant afford several boxes of contacts and replacement glasses as mine broke months ago. I'm a single mom of a teen with adhd/odd. If my money is not going to driving to appointments for teen, its to repairing things broken by teen, feeding/clothing teen and paying bills that usually are overdue. Is that any of your concern? No. However, lecturing me like I am a pre-teen showing defiance by refusing to wear glasses and talking down to me in Every sentence is unneccessary. I felt attacked, just wanted to get out of there and I should have just put back my old contacts in and walked out. I couldnt even tell you the entire issues I was experiencing with my eyes. Lasik wasn't the surgery I was trying to ask about. My vision problems with this new set of contacts is still the same. But you wouldn't know that as you were just interested in scolding a patient. I am glad the appointment was over though I do wish there had been Anyone in the waiting area to tell how horrible the experience was. Never been to an eye doc that (on any day/time) have several people in the waiting area. That should have told me something right there.

Ms. Fox, Work on your social skills. People come to you for help, service and understanding. Not a damn lecture and to be scolded.

She's a very knowledgeable doctor. Very caring . Great customer service. Never a long wait. Get things done fast

I am so pleased with Dr. Fox and the staff at the Mount Holly Eye Clinic. I had broken my eyeglasses, and they were able to work me in immediately. I had the most thorough exam ever. I was offered a collection of complete eyeglasses starting at only $49. They even put my old lenses in a temporary frame for me to wear until my new glasses arrived. Thanks to Dr. Fox I can see again.
