Budget Rent A Car

Rented a car from this location,after the car was inspected while I was there, I was charged the rate agreed on, 3 days later, $100.00 more was deducted from my credit card. I called to see what the charges were for I was told the car contained cigarette ashes was in the car and it had to be detailed for 100.00 more I was told they could have charged me (a non smoker) up to 250.00..I asked why wasn't I informed before $100.00 was deducted.."I didn't answer the phone" I was told..I called the 1800 # and made them aware of the problem..customer service.looked up my info. on the report the reason was because "I trashed the car" customer service stated it is policy a picture is sent with the report SURPRISE no report...my 108.00 was returned to my account 2 days later...PLEASE BE CAREFUL AT THIS LOCATION!!!!
