        my friend Shannon had checked us in,(reservation in her name 0 the young lady at the front desk ask if there was anything that I needed or any special request, I smiled and said I'm fine. That made aGreat Impression on me, but it didn't stop there the next morning we had breakfast in the caf, my friends were elite members and had a card for breakfast, only her husband ate, what I believe was called an upgrade, and one more was allowed. They had explained to their server(Gabby) that I would be down later to be the second one to use the upgrade. When I arrived , she noticed me looking around, and by the description my friend had given she approached me and asked if I was lizzy, I said yes, she walked me to the table and I was given Great service, the reason I wanted to mention this is even though my room was paid for and my breakfast, I felt like I was treated like Royalty, thank you Knoxville MarriottI
