Periodontal Surgery
Member of group practice with three General Dentists and one Oral Surgeon. Provide all facets of general dentistry including minor oral surgery consisting of partially impacted, tissue impacted third molars and tissue biopsies. Experience in simple periodontal surgery. Experience in minor tooth movement. Planned and managed classroom education to children ages 7 -12 contacting over 600 children and 800 adults. Deep Cleaning

Dentures
At Mid Cities Dental, we have years of experience in making dentures and partials. One of our greatest referral sources are our denture wearing patients due to the joy and success that they have had with their new teeth.

Dental Implants
We will take X-rays and impressions (molds) of your jaw and teeth. This will help us to determine bone, gum tissue, and spacing available for your implant. At another appointment, your implant will be surgically placed into your jaw bone. Then it will be allowed to heal and attach itself to the bone. This healing process takes anywhere from three to six months. After that healing period, a post is placed in the implant which creates a place to securely attach your artificial teeth.

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Oral Surgery
Selected as a dental resident from a very competitive national pool. Completed rotations in oral surgery, prosthetics operative dentistry, periodontics, emergency medicine and anesthesiology. On call in hospital every fourth night; responsible for admissions, diagnosis, and emergency treatment for all patients with basic dental emergencies and traumatic injuries including lacerations, hard and soft tissue trauma. Experience in dental forensics exams. Continuing education in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Combat Casualty Care Training.
