        Karen is super and totally professional. She knows why I'm calling before I tell her! Ex.: pay bill over phone. She has my account pulled up before I explain anything. Office is very accommodating and answers all my questions. Karen is experienced and knowledgeable. I've been w/ this office a long time and never had a problem. Karen is the best!
