The customer service was excellent in person and on the phone and they were willing to work with time frames that were convenient to me and arrived when they said they would and finished the transaction fairly quickly and painlessly and gave me cash on the spot. Steve was very fair with me when I bought the engine, made sure it was not locked-up , and gave me a quick follow-up call when it was ready for pick-up.
