Memo's

I ordered food from them last Saturday morning (October 15, 2016) at 12:30 a.m. as I have done for probably 100 times I have been going there the past several months. The woman working at the drive-through window that night claimed I supposedly did not pay for my food on another night after ordering food on a previous night/morning when going through the drive-though there as well. She claimed that I supposedly just drove off with my food without paying. I asked her what night she thought I supposedly did this on--she could not/did not answer. Then she got my order wrong that night/morning (Saturday) when she made the accusation about me on and even forgot to give me the Pepsi I ordered--which I had to remind her about. Yet she felt that I should have believed her accusation about me when she could not even be reliable enough to get even fulfill my order correctly that I paid for, but did not receive in full. Then when I got home with my food, I discovered my order was missing 2 tacos that I ordered and PAYED for. I did not want to drive all the way back there and then back home again to get my missing 2 tacos that I payed for since it would have taken me an additional half hour of driving round trip to complete. And this woman who took my order and money had the nerve to accuse me of taking food without paying for it on a previous night--and then was bold enough to accuse me of driving off with food that she claimed I did not pay for during a previous night. Not good customer service to someone (me) that probably has eaten there more than just about anyone else over the past several months. That is no way to treat a very frequent customer that has never done anything to her.The food was good--that I received only part of that night. This restaurant location needs to make sure their employees are competent and know what they are talking about when they are uppity enough to openly claim that a customer has not payed for the food they--I--I have ordered.
