Robin Aire Service Company

Recently, I had 3 heating and cooling contracts review my home for the possibly upgrading to a larger central A/C and to also discuss replacing the 24 year old gas furnace that was working fine, but was very costly in its inefficiency. The owner of Robin Aire actually came out and did a thorough analysis of the size of the ductwork, air flow, cold air returns, etc. and what options I might have. In the end, he actually recommended against replacing the current A/C unit as a larger one would not have accomplished what I was looking for. You don't see that type of honesty in business all the time, he actually was walking away from a potential sale.

I did choose to replace our forced air furnace with Lennox unit that took me from about 50% efficiency to 95%, thus cutting my heating bills dramatically. I also took advantage of installing a new LED touch screen thermostat (very cool) and their top rated air cleaner. They even pointed out a $450 rebate from Consumers Energy and were kind enough to actually file the paperwork themselves, on my belalf.

The job was done the same week and took two guys about 6 hours. I appreciated their attention to detail and cleanliness and care for our home. They went above and beyond to replace new pipes, air intakes, etc. and did a fabulous job and were courteous and professional. Their prices were competitive, maybe I could have saved a little elsewhere, but not gotten the value of the great service and install job; that is worth a lot to me for piece of mind.

I would highly recommend this company and I trust them since they did such a good job, were overly honest and have been in business for many many years. They are my new heating and cooling company, replacing an unnamed company that I had used for many years but had fallen down on the job recently. You won’t be disappointed and I certainly wasn’t, in fact, I was very impressed.
