        Really cool place to live in Wilmington. The people here are awesome, everyone from maintenance to neighbors to the office. The location is top notch (close to downtown coffee, restaurants, and shops and a quick drive to beach.

        I chose these as my first apar...

        I chose these as my first apartments, and it was such a bad choice. The office ladies are super mean, and the neighbors are rude and try to get you evicted for no reason.
