Med-Ped Clinic of Wichita

Excellent clinic! They accept walk ins without an appointment. I'm always in and out without any unnecessary wait. Actually the fastest doctor office I have been to but they don't push you out, if you have questions they will answer them for you. I don't do reviews actually this is only the second review I have done. But I did it because shine of the other reviews were so different from the service I'm used to. This is a genuine review given by me a real patient of Med Ped Clinic for 6 years. Thank you

Ever since the new management took over, I could feel and see a big difference in service. No more long wait! Nicer environment. Medical equipment up-to-date. Courteous staff!

The NEW staff at this office is wonderful! The Dr is extremely knowledge, kind, and doesn't rush you out of her office. I sincerely belive she truly wants to help and does care. The old staff was the main reason I stopped coming here, however now that there is a new one I gave it another chance and happy I did.i would definitely recommend Dr mansoor to anyone ! The only thing I would say needs improved is the wait time,however I can deal with that bc I know i to will get all my questions answered fully and not be rushed .

The staff at Med-Ped Clininc is terrible. I went to get my physical exam for immigration and the service was terrible. First, the guy who tried to do the TB test could not do it and somebody else had to do it. Secondly, my blood work got lost and they did not tell me when I went to get my TB read so I had to go back to the office twice on the same day. Third, they told me there was a problem with my vaccines on the day everything was supposed to be ready.

Absolute JOKE! My husband was seen here after his doctor retired. BIG MISTAKE. He had a plethora of labs done per HIS request and went in for a follow up on them and nothing. The following month he goes back and his PA is gone so he sees a different one.. She went on and on over his labs and referred him to a specialist. I was floored at the lack of care my husband received at the west location. (The female PA was from the east clinic covering out west). Today my husband calls for a med check appt and we were told "sorry, we are under new managment and we don't and won't refill your meds". HELLO! You cannot stop a persons meds without telling them and making plans for it! Even Some OTC meds are unsafe to stop abruptly!! I have filed a complaint with the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts and FLOORED at the lack of care. My first clue should have been on their website where "Wichita" is actually spelled WITCHita. How dumb can you be. Also, their mission statement says "May Allah help us". Pretty sure I would get slaughtered if I said "In God we trust" on my website id be shut down for sharing my religious beliefs!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE..

DO NOT GO HERE. Their website reviews are completely false and made up. Dr. Shazhad is arrogant, rude, and belittling to his patients. I had been a part of this clinic since I was a child!! And I thank myself as I grew older for finally gaining my own knowledge that this doctor is no good for me nor my family. First there is the extremity of wait times, one hour plus before he even arrives in your room! Second are the bland and unfriendly receptionists who work here, please hire someone who would represent your office professionally and in a welcoming manner. And third are his doctor etiquette and diagnosis skills. On top of it was his way of measuring a part of my diagnosis was by taking a ridiculous survey. I thought you were supposed to be a doctor and relay these questions to me in person? Instead I was left doing a survey and him leaving while I waited another 30 minutes for him to get back in the room! I came to him expecting I would gain an understanding of my condition and what type of treatment levels I needed, I was completely honest and gained trust in him as a doctor-to-patient relationship. Instead, he gives me some kind of lecture and arrogant face gesture as to my inquiries and past experiences I've done. I never felt so completely judged and belittled in my life with someone who is supposed to be there for you to assist you. There were types of references to symptoms I experienced taking a medication that I relayed to him and they were well researched upon and appeared that NUMEROUS others taking the medication experienced it as well, he had the audacity to tell me I didn't even know what I was talking about and that none of it made sense for the symptoms I experienced regarding that specific medication for my condition! Completely ignorant and felt he was right about everything! You may be a doctor, but you definitely aren't one to know what each and every symptom can relay too. The medication I had was appropriate and did help me with my condition, it was just unbearable to the symptoms with that particular one. But yet he states I don't know what I'm talking about and I may have another problem. Another problem? This was another "problem" that he couldn't even tell me what it was. After this experience I refuse to continue on with this doctor anymore and will be switching the rest of my family as well. It's a shame considering how long patients my family and I have been with med-ped with the continuous incidents that have been dealt with. I should've known better to switch a long time ago when our original doctor gave this practice to him. I consider myself pretty patient to have gone this long, and I hope anyone reading this understands that they won't receive the ultimate doctor-to-patient relationship that should be vital to all doctors who have undergone education to become a physician. This is only my story, as others in my family have experienced discomforting reactions as well to add to the list here.

This clinic is terrible; for one they have long waiting hours, i had an appt for 8:30am and i didn't get seen until 9:30am. The receptionist is so unorganized!!! They only have one nurse who they overwork so much and she ends up not getting to tending to all the patients. The doctor is also so obnoxious........ I am never going back!!!

I have found this clinic to be very careing and compassionite, please don't let one moment give you a bad idea of this clinic. the doctors and nurses do care. try them out.
