        Mono-Plate Inc. has been serving the flexographic industry for since 1966. The business was founded by Harvey Bader, who started off as a printing plate salesman primarily servicing the polybag trade in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut region. Harvey was an icon in this field, and created a reputation that far surpassed his dreams. In 1966, with very little money and a lot of determination, he pursued his dreams of owning his own plate manufacturing company. Thus Mono-Plate Inc. was born.Today, Mono-Plate is still a family owned and operated full service platemaking, package design, consulting, laser engraving company, serving a wide range of clientele including polybag printers, paperbag printers, label printers, corrugated box printers, letterpress printers, produces custom rubber stamps for both industrial and crafts purposes. More recently, we have added laser engraving services to our specialties. After all the decades that have passed, with our stable business philosophies intact, Mono-Plate has been able to weather the most inhospitable business environments and will continue to do so for many years to come.Here at Mono-Plate, we strive to maintain strong working relationships with our clients, suppliers, and yes…even our competitors.
