I don't usually write reviews but we had a terrible experience here. Our car was experiencing problems that we diagnosed correctly as a bad fuel pump. We purchased the part and were going to change it ourselves but couldn't access it easily so we took it in and asked them to use our part. They did it but the car was not fixed. After them diagnosing and fixing other things (fuel lines, fuel filter, etc.) and the car still not running properly they blamed it on the faulty fuel pump that we had purchased brand new and brought to them. They replaced it with a fuel pump of their own and it STILL did not work. Turns out they were installing it incorrectly the entire time. After all that hassle, and wasted time on our part, they charged us for all the work they had done! (fuel lines, fuel filter, and installation of fuel pump twice!) Poor customer service, poor management, and even worse mechanics. Go somewhere else.
