McDonald's

I have lived in Warsaw for over 12 years now. I have always liked the Warsaw Mcdonalds. Usually any problems I have had , have been taken care of immediately. Due to owning an LLC, I travel to other counties. I do stop to their Mcdonalds as well ( Sorry Joe). Over the past couple of years I have noticed increases in their prices (which isn't uncommon) but its too overpriced. Also the service has become poor as well. If I have a problem they don't seem to address the issue promptly and effectively. I am only writing this because I had an issue about a week ago with Mount Morris, which was handled very poorly. Now on the other hand I had an issue with Warsaw just a couple of days ago, and it was handled PROMPTLY & EFFECTIVELY. Thank you for your great training techniques or whatever is it that you do. Also thank you for keeping your prices affordable for us parents, who need that QUICK & AFFORDABLE meal.
