I've had a great experience with my storage unit at Security Public Storage. It's a nice facility and they have excellent customer service.

Security Public Storage has been a fund saver in more way than one. I moved to them once my other storage unit prices went up. They're staff is super friendly. My stuff is in a more secure unit and indoors which puts my worries at ease. The place itself is clean and well-managed. I feel good having my personal belongings taken care of.

This is a very organized and clean facility with helpful owners who give careful instructions in how to access and move items into your storage unit. Signing up for a storage unit was a friendly experience with only a slight glitch in receiving/signing the documents online. However, this posed no problem as I was able to sign docs in person when I arrived. I recommend this storage facility.

Beth who works the office is friendly, proficient and very professional. She knows everything there is to know. Definitely an asset to this business. Uncommon in today's world to find such good customer service.

This is the first time I’ve had any issues, and I’ve been using the facility for over. Both managers are apparently out on medical leave. I had an issue with my billing and the person who is working there was didn’t have the correct information and a little rude. Never followed back up with a phone call either.

The management is very kind and communicative. It is very easy to get inside and outside of the facility to access my container, but security is still, fortunately, tight. I'm glad I chose this facility to store my items and plan to continue to do so.

Recently I had a problem/task: to make more room in my home – I need to put some staff into a public storage. So, I contacted some storage facilities in my area. But, no one of them has an expertise and information to guide me how to do it easy, quickly, and the same time to spend a minimum energy. Until I contacted “Security Public Storage, 2690 N. Main St., Walnut Creek, CA 94597” -- they solved all my problems!
At once I moved all my staff into their Storage Facility, established automatic monthly payments and

Conveniently located off of a Main Street near freeway proximity. Facility is clean and well-maintained, easy access. Prices are reasonable for the size storage unit available. There are 3 floor levels to select from. The 2nd & basement levels are lower costs. Staff on site is responsive and courteous. The monitored security, & individual unit alarm systems are a plus. Would definitely recommend to others in the future.

Really enjoyed working with Rosa on getting a storage unit. I was looking for a space to temporarily put my belongings. Rosa was super helpful in identifying my needs and appropriate space. She gave me a tour and showed the unit that was ideal. Thanks a lot!

Best place to store your valuables. Each unit has it's own alarm which is monitored by a Husband and wife team that live there. Look no further this is the place. Bruce J.

I have been using Secirity Public Storage on N Main St in Walnut Creek for 3 months. First impressions are a real clue as to whether I am getting a good product for my money. Beth & Tony are great mangers and the provide great support to finding the right size unit for your property. While my basement unit wasn’t my first personal choice, as I work in it during t these hot summer months to sort things out and list for sale, it is cool and comfortable to work in; I would be hating life doing this on a top floor! Thanks for advising as I thought I knew better and what I wanted! Pricing is quite reasonable! Facility is gated, and secure, and CLEAN (NO FOOD STORAGE ALLOWED!) I have no idea why anyone would want to store food in a storage unit anyway??? Gives me peace of mind I won’t run into a criter!
