Do not rent from these people, especially if you not going to be in the area. There policies are geared against you, the staff is rude and will belittle you if you call for information. I tried for months to get the information so I could log on and pay my bill, but say they can't give out that information. And the V.P. Jill Fairchild is unreasonable and will talk down to you every chance she gets. There are tons of other storage units in Waldorf, that will treat you much better.
