Bob's Discount Furniture

Edit review after the worst and rudest customer service I have ever received. Bed was delivered one day. The delivery man told me there was no room on his truck for my old bed. Poor planning on their part, but I was willing to wait. I decided then to switch out my box spring for a low profile box spring and expected them to take the old mattress at the same time. Since there was "no ticket for pick-up" they told me they could not take it. At this point I had waited on the phone for 2 hours to arrange this meeting and I had taken 2 days off of work. For a mattress. I scheduled a pick-up for the old mattress after another hour on the phone. Then they told me that they couldn't pick-up the mattress because there were bed bugs on it. Now look at the picture and tell me if those are bed bugs. Furthermore, when the deliveryman helps you take your bed downstairs and put it outside, do you expect bugs to get on it? It was under an awning so it was bone dry. They also mentioned there was a stain on it. The deliveryman helped me put it outside before, and if that stain had been there prior he would not have touched it. After another hour on the phone of being talked over and threatened to hang up on (what customer service representatives hang up on YOU?) they told me that they couldn't remove the bed because of the aforementioned reasons, which were all their fault. I implore Bob's to post the whole conversation if they disagree. Even though it is in their contract, they did not pick-up the bed. Would rate 0 if possible. If you need even the slightest customer service, do not shop at Bob's.

I purchased a dining room table and chairs, sofa and 2 chairs back in January 2017.
The sofa cushion was not stitched on one of the seams so I contacted Bob and they sent out a person from New Jersey who stopped at a CVS store and purchased a needle and thread and said he was sent to sew my sofa. I first thought it was a joke. Then he contacted the store and told them that I wanted a new sofa pillow cover because the sofa is new. That was over 2 months ago and to date I have not received the cover. I contacted the Bobs and was told to call back on May 26, 2017 (today). Let's see what happens. Not happy with Bob's Discount Furniture at this time. Maybe this is the reason the furniture is discounted.
