Hand-poured by Pittsburgh Soy Candle, each one is hand-decorated with a burlap, lace & jute design by Miss Scarlett's. Fabulous Scents, a neutral creamy-tan color and reasonably priced for just $14.99 Visit our shop in the quaint town of Volant, PA! where we offer a variety of berry and grapevine decor, One-stroke painted items, handmade soaps, plates, metal signs, dog treats, wood signs, framed prints, handmade jewelry and much more!         Wow! I love Miss Scarlets! I was very impressed with everything, awesome variety! The owner is so friendly & helpful! I was impressed she makes many of the items herself, very talented lady! And many local crafters from the area! I love supporting local area artist & crafters! Love this store!
