Overall

I called and made appointment. When I got there I met with a met with receptionist. I gave her all my documents that I needed to pursue a lawsuit. This was October 2012 it is now almost February 2013 and nothing has been done. I have called numerous times and emailed trying to see what has been done. Last time I got a response was November and was told she (receptionist) was very close to having something filed. Obviously I'm not a priority, i just wonder if the lawyers realize thier receptionist is treating people this way.

Condemnation proceeding have been filed by Mr. Hartley on these parcels in twenty counties in Oklahoma as well as the Northern and Eastern Federal District Courts of Oklahoma for property owned by restricted Indians. He is a veteran of over 75 jury trials to determine just compensation.
