        This is a new restaurant featuring cuisine from the central American country that its owners say is the area's first is planned for the former Torrance 22836 s western ave Torrance cal 90501 the variety of food including Guatemalan tamales Tamales in Guatemala, for example, are wrapped in plantain leaves and cooked differently than Mexican tamales, which are typically stuffed in a corn husk and steamed. The seemingly minor difference provide a surprisingly big change in flavor, The flour and corn tortillas are prepared fresh daily in house, and most of them, is the pupusas. which is stuffed tortillas with a variety of meats of vegetables of your choice .. Guatemalan restaurant you must to try....
