I visited the Moore Law Firm after a very disappointing consultation with another local law firm in the area. I was seeking a divorce after 24 years of marriage. I made an appointment with the other attorney's office and arrived early. I was told to take a seat in the waiting area and after 20 minutes, I was still waiting. No one apologized for my wait nor gave explanation as to why I was waiting so long. I was finally shown to a conference room where I met with someone who introduced herself as the office manager. She told me that she would handle my consultation because the attorney got held up in General Sessions Court, but he may come in before we were done. About 15 minutes after we got started, she told me that the attorney had arrived, yet he didn't come in to meet me until I was ready to walk out the door. I was charged a $50 consultation fee and never received legal consultation (just an office manager that took dictation of what I said!)

I waited nervously for approximately 5 minutes in fear of what might happen next. He was very thorough with his questions, listened attentively to what I had to say and was very patient with me as he answered all of my many questions! Look elsewhere. Not reliable, not professional, not timely, and completely disorganized. Working with this particular firm will undoubtably cause you more aggravation than your legal case. Legal documents go missing, you will have to proof read every word due to inaccuracies in facts as well as grammar and spelling errors. You will not be kept informed, instead you will have to make numerous attempts at making contact before your call is returned. You will have to constantly follow up to make sure the next step in the process is actually being taken care of or your case will remain stagnant for months with no action taken. Avoid this firm at all cost.
