Physicians at Sugar Creek

I have been a patient since they were located in Missouri City, Dr. Cazares was my Dr., I followed him to the new facility in Sugar Land. The personal are so friendly, everything Including bathrooms are very clean, I find the atmosphere to be pleasant. The Doctors are young, they are pleasant, knowledgeable, there are older Doctor's that work there to help them if and when they need it. I feel comfortable and well taken care of every time I am there.

doctors are young and recent graduates of medical school but are up to date on medical treatments and tests. visits tend to be longer than 30 minutes. lab and X ray are conveniently located on site. wait is a bit long, try to book your appointment early

Don't Go Here! This is the worst clinic ever! The staff is horrible! The Physicians are of low quality and the nursing staff lye so much it's sickening! You can NEVER get a return call, and you have to keep calling for weeks just to get a refill! They will not even respond back to pharmacy request! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

Dr. Botsford is a resident doctor from Baylor she is not a season doctor she young and don't know how to diagnose patients. She gave me amoxicillin for sinus infection which could be bronchitis now because it hasn't clear up. She put in my file the I need to go to an ENT to get helped. So I have to pay for another doctor... Patients will die in her care. I went to her twice for this same issue. Which the first time she gave me nasal spray and prednisone how was that going to clear an infection.

Think twice about going there they are recent students.

Great clinic with lots of caring, knowledgeable doctors and nurses. Lots of services available within the clinic including lab, xrays, and cafe. I typically get my lab results emailed to me same day or the next. They also have a website portal that I can look at my own lab results and email my doctor. Urgent care in the same clinic so they have access to my previous visits and medications already.

Horrible place to go to if you dont like waiting. The after hours urgent care is great and pretty quick but the normal office is rediculous. Dont plan on anyone careing either. They have a Supervisor named "Penny" she seems like a sweet old lady but she could care less about you and your problems. Everytime i have had an issue she acts like she will do somehting but nothing ever changes and she has even mocked someone in front of me before.... sad to see the support staff bring down this office.
