Our expert Sports PT team includes Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialists (SCS), licensed Athletic Trainers and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) who work together to give our athletes the best possible care. We’ve worked with thousands of athletes, from elite professionals to Little Leaguers, and every level in between. No matter what the level or injury, the goal of our Sports Physical Therapy team is to provide our athletes with the best personalized, evidence-based care to help our patients return safely to the sport they love. We work closely with some of the top sports medicine and orthopedic surgeons in the region and we are also a Designated Training Facility by the renowned Micheli Center for Sports Injury Prevention. Some members of our Sports PT team also serve as guest lecturers at local universities on various topics related to sports PT and returning to sport following injury.
Physical Therapy
Our mission at Elite is to serve our local communities by providing the best in health and fitness programs and education, sports performance training, and physical therapy and rehabilitation services. We do this by hiring and developing highly skilled, educated and motivated staff, dedicated to serving our clients and patients by providing excellent customer service, evidence-based and compassionate patient care, and effective and innovative fitness and sports performance training programs.
Occupational Therapy
Jessica graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1996 where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. She participated in advanced professional study of Hand and Upper Extremity Rehabilitation at Tufts University and became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2010. She has been practicing for 24 years, specializing in rehabilitation of the elbow, wrist and hand for the last 13 years. Jessica joined the Elite therapy team in 2013. She is experienced in custom splinting and treating various upper extremity conditions including fractures, sprains and strains, arthritis, tendonitis, tendon and nerve repairs, and work and sports related injuries. Jessica grew up in Rochester, NY and was a high school athlete, playing soccer and running track. She moved to the Boston area in 1999. She enjoys cooking, running and spending time outdoors with her family and dog.
