Las Hijas Del Gallo

I called to order a cake they told me I had to go in to order it in person so I did go 5 days before my party. So I gave them a deposit so my full size cake can be done for my party. I went a 4:30 pm to get it on the day of the party just to find out my cake was not done they said they didn't have more cream for it so they couldn't do it. Can you imagine how I felt I had a party of 100 people and no cake. I got out of there very upset the lady that was in the register didn't care how I felt. I live all the way in Palo alto and my party was in South San Francisco that's why I went here but I wouldn't recommend this bakery if you don't want this to happen to you on your special day. My brother in law stayed at the store to pay something and heard the cashier talk about me with another customer. The customer asked her why did she get upset and she said for nothing I don't care I know they will come back to us. And my brother in law told her you think what you guys did is right no it's not she was expecting you to have her cake and you guys don't have it. She got surprised and said oh you're with them and he said yes, you think what you did is right and then your talking about it like it was her fault that's very wrong about you guys. I know we will never come and buy anything here no more. Thank good that I went to another bakery around the corner and bought a cake they were so nice to make me one for that same day they safe my day. The name of the bakery is j&j bakery in Grand Ave the person there helped me and told me don't worry we will have your cake ready in no time just give us until 7 pm and your cake will be done and it was it was so delicious and my party had a cake. So please be careful with this bakery you doing want this to happen to you. It's not fun. Don't shop here anymore.
