I was a little disappointed in their customer service honestly. We paid for a $2,000 driver front windshield glass replacement for our 2000 Pace Arrow. I had to personally drive a check over there (because this was my dad's preference) and hand it to him before any work was done. That is not the issue. Then I worked with them on getting them to replace the glass while it was at a local RV service center. Again that is not the issue. I went out the other day to look it over and I saw that the Sticker was STILL ON THE WINDSHIELD! And just my luck it is up so high that my 5'8" self cannot reach it without a ladder. Soooo basically we prepaid $2,000 and got the glass replaced but the sticker was left on the glass. Probably won't be doing business again with them in the future. I don't normally write bad reviews but this really needed to be brought up.
