Off the Grill by Chef Q

Best food on Signal Mountain. All of the meat is smoked, and they have excellent sides. The potato salad is my favorite by far. I would eat their food every day! You can call in for order and it's piping hot.

Chef Q has very strategically placed his smoker near the highway. The aroma exuded by said smoker was irresistible, so we made our inaugural visit to Off the Grill. We loved the older building in which the restaurant was situated.
The food, oh dear, the food was out of this world. Generous portions of moist pulled pork and delicious sides were consumed. Chef Q allowed a sample of the smoked brisket which was far superior to any I have ever eaten. The smoke flavor was delicate to the palate and not the least bit overwhelming. It was also fork tender and was close to melting in my mouth. We are so happy to have experienced Off the Grill and are looking forward to return visits with friends and family!
