Cleveland Physical Therapy Associates offers a wide range of physical therapy, occupational therapy and athletic training services to patients in Cleveland, Rutherford and Gaston counties. These services are provided by some of the best and most highly qualified therapists in the region. Upon discharge from therapy, as part of our after care program, we also offer personal training and gym memberships to our patients through CPTA'S Wellness Center - Prescription Fitness. Cleveland Physical Therapy Associates is an outpatient, orthopedic rehabilitation clinic specializing in "hands-on" manual therapy. We are housed in a beautiful 12,000 square foot facility that offers an advanced wellness center and a comprehensive aquatic program. CPTA was founded in 1996 out of the desire to provide Cleveland County with the best rehabilitation services possible.
