        Massive water leak, they arrived 20 minutes after we called and set up extracting water immediately. They were very professional and courteous - lots of experience and knowledge.

        Overall

        I called Restore It due to a newly created coffee stain on my 10 year old carpet. Will came out and cleaned the carpet and worked hard to get rid of the coffee stains. I am very pleased as my carpet now looks like new again.

        I can't say enough about this company. We had a sewer back up in the basement. I called and talked with the owner. He immediately set up a time, arrived right on schedule, and did an excellent job cleaning up the mess. I would and will highly recommend!! Thank you "Restore It" for an outstanding service.
